“Meet Mr.G SHIVA KUMAR, the visionary founder and owner of GURUKUL’S SPORTS.With a profound passion for badminton and a commitment to fostering excellence, SHIVA KUMAR has been a driving force behind the academy's success. A small story behind this Academy, Gurukul’s Sports was found in the year 2007 , earlier Badminton sport was only played in elite clubs and was accessible to its members. He built this academy for common people to play this sport and train all young talents in and around the places also to normalise badminton as a sport among everyone, he initially started as badminton coach at the age of 17 he produced a National player ( Pooja Patil had won Nationals representing Karnataka) from a young Badminton coach to founder of Gurukul’s Sports, started with 5 Wooden Courts at Thubarahalli Bangalore and expanded his passion and craziness by building 32 Badminton courts under one roof the BIGGEST BADMINTON ACADEMY in the country only for the love of sports.Under Shiva Kumar’s leadership, the academy thrives as a hub for skill development, sportsmanship, and a shared love for the game of badminton."
